    Warranty

    A certificate accompanies every ring: IGI for lab-grown diamonds and GIA for natural diamonds.

    You have a 5-year right of complaint under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. Montez provides no warranty beyond this statutory right.

    Returns & exchange

    The rings are made to your specifications, so the right of withdrawal does not apply, cf. the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, Section 22(e).

    As long as the ring is not engraved, Montez offers to exchange it for another ring – a voluntary arrangement in addition to your statutory rights.
